How Can I Pay for My Tour?
Full payment is required before arrival in Bhutan — by wire transfer or online card payment.
World Tour Plan requires full advance payment before your arrival in Bhutan. The Department of Tourism oversees this process, and visa approval is contingent on completing payment of the Sustainable Development Fee (SDF).
Wire transfer: traditional bank transfers take 3–4 working days. Remit 100% of the tour cost to our USD account via Standard Chartered Bank (correspondent) to Bhutan National Bank, noting "World Tour Plan" and FC Account number 641702581 in the reference field, then email us the transfer receipt.
Online payment: credit and debit card payments are processed via Stripe through Bhutan National Bank's payment platform, with a 5% transaction fee applied to the total cost. Payment links are sent by email and funds transfer instantly.
Full payment must be completed before your arrival in Bhutan. Funds transfer directly to Bhutan National Bank, and disbursement to World Tour Plan's company account occurs after your tour is complete and you've departed.
