World Tour Plan

Cancellation Policy

Refund percentages scale with how far in advance you cancel — from 80% refunded 90+ days out to no refund inside two weeks.

World Tour Plan follows a cancellation policy designed to protect both travelers and the company. Refunds are structured by how far in advance you cancel: 90+ days before departure returns 80% of the trip cost; 30–89 days prior returns 70% (hotels are typically already booked by this point, triggering cancellation fees on our end); 15–29 days' notice returns 50%; and cancellations inside 14 days receive no refund.

Once you've arrived in Bhutan, there are no refunds if a trip is shortened or curtailed due to unexpected circumstances, since accommodation and logistics costs have already been incurred.

We waive our own charges for late arrivals or departures caused by flight disruptions or road blockages, though you remain responsible for additional costs of lodging, meals, transport, and related services during any delay. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance before departure.
